Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by a clear statement (e.g., letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

A model withdrawal form can be used, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from a different type of delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result.

Returning Goods

The goods must be returned or handed over without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by theBlueHeart.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have been custom-made or individually designed (e.g., self-designed print-on-demand products).
• Delivery of sealed audio/video recordings or software if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers with a residence in the European Union.
