Shipping Terms (theBlueHeart)

1. Scope

These shipping terms apply to all orders placed via the theBlueHeart online shop.
They relate to the delivery of print-on-demand products, stock items (e.g., Bracenets, books), and other items ordered through our shop.

2. Shipping Countries

• Shipping is currently limited to Germany.
• Shipping will soon be extended to the European Union (EU).
• Deliveries to other countries are not made unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping Partners

• Print-on-Demand Products:
  Production and shipping are handled by Shirtigo GmbH, Germany.
• Stock Items (e.g., Bracenets, books):
  Shipping is handled in-house via DHL integrated through EasyDHL / Shopify.

4. Delivery Times

• Print-on-Demand Products: approx. 7–12 working days after order receipt, as each product is individually produced.
• Stock Items: approx. 2–5 working days within Germany.
• Note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, production peaks, or logistical delays.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are transparently displayed during the checkout process before completing the order.
• For orders within Germany: [Insert your costs here or “free shipping from X €”]
• Shipping costs for EU deliveries will be indicated separately at a later time.

6. Packaging and Protection

• All products are carefully packaged to prevent transport damage.
• If items still arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@the-blue-heart.com.

7. Delivery Confirmation

• After shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if available).
• The shipment is considered delivered as soon as it has been handed over to the delivery address you provided.

8. Special Notes for Print-on-Demand

• As products are produced individually upon order, slight variations in color, cut, or print may occur.
• These variations do not constitute a defect and do not justify a right of withdrawal, as long as the product corresponds to the predefined design.
